Please load & run the dishwashr if possible, The dishwasher taks some time to run so this will help us prepare for the next guests.
Place all trash in the waste bins provided in the kitchen

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Check in after 3:00PM

Check out before 11:00AM

During Your Stay

Assumption of Risks and Release: By booking a stay with us, you recognize that there are certain inherent risks, dangers, and hazards associated with engaging in activities on the lake and swimming areas. Guest assumes all risks associated with the use of these areas and equipment, including but not limited to, the risks of injury or death from collisions, overturning, falling, drowning, or any other accidents.

Guest, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge the Host, their employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by Guest while using the swimming areas or provided boats, whether caused by the negligence of the Host or otherwise.
Indemnification: Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any loss, liability, damage, or cost the Host may incur due to Guest's presence in or upon the area, whether caused by the negligence of the Host or otherwise.
Acknowledgment of Understanding: Guest acknowledges that by booking a stay, they have read this agreement, understand its terms, and are signing it voluntarily.
